Flights
Participants should book their flights to Ben Gurion International Airport (near Tel Aviv).

Transportation from the airport to the venue:

By private taxi​

Taxis are available outside of the Arrivals Hall (Level G) of Ben Gurion Airport at a cost of approximately 150-200 Shekels (~US$45-60) plus a surcharge for nights or weekends (Friday/Saturday). The average trip is about 35 – 50 minutes (depending on traffic).

By public transportation

Trains are available outside of the Arrivals Hall (Level G) of Ben Gurion Airport at a cost of 13.5 Shekels (around US$4) and the average trip is about 10 mins till the stop closest to the conference venue - Tel Aviv HaHagana.

From Tel Aviv Hahagana Bus No 16 can be taken at a cost of approximately 6 Shekels (US$1.8) until Hananya/Hayarkon stop, which is located 3 mins walk from the Conference venue.

Please note that public transportation does not operate from Friday afternoon (approx. 15:00) through Saturday night (resumes at approx. 19:00) for the Shabbath. 

Participants arriving to Ben Gurion Airport can take a taxi, which cost approx. 150-200 NIS (~US$45-60).

 

Transportation from the venue to the airport:

You can reach the Ben Gurion International Airport by private taxi or public transportation. Taxis can be ordered at the hotel reception.

Please note that public transportation does not operate from Friday afternoon (approx. 15:00) through Saturday night (resumes at approx. 19:00) for the Shabbath. 

Please note that 2½-3 hours additional time needed for the security airport check in.
