Registration fees for participants include: Summit kit, program handouts, admittance to scientific sessions, certificate of attendance, lunch on session days, coffee/refreshments at breaks.
Please note! Tickets for the Welcome Reception (Wednesday, October 14, 2020) and for the Summit Dinner (Thursday, October 15, 2020) are not included in the registration fee.
Payment for registration fees may be made by bank transfer*, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners) or invoice to your institution. Registration fees must be pre-paid in full.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Our refund policy is based upon receiving notification as follows:
Received until June 14, 2020 - full refund less 10% handling fee
Received as of June 15, 2020 and before August 14, 2020 - 50% refund
Received as of August 15 - no refund
